We do the maximum to serve our customers as best we can. To help us understand our customers’ needs and opinions, we appreciate your feedback (including comments and details of any concerns) and your questions.
If you receive an incorrect delivery or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. If Intense Beauty is responsible for the problem, we will compensate you and refund transport costs.
We guarantee devices for 12–24 months (depending upon the device).
Before returning an item, please inform us of the issue and, if possible, send a photo. We will then respond before you return the goods. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. Please use the regular postal service and send us the tracking number.
